One shot has black and white bikes in a dark wet alley. The other is the white bike in side profile with the black one behind, puddles across the brick. Reflections pick out the fairing edges. The paint splits cleanly between the two.

Yamaha built the R3 as the entry point to its sports range, a twin-cylinder bike for riders moving up from a learner machine. It sells worldwide and turns up in one-make race series. That makes it a believable first bike for a new character. It ships debadged.
