Ems Air

Air support changes how a medical department works. Scenes on the highway or in the hills stop being a long drive. This unit sits in the lore group, with no real maker named for it, and one code covers it.

Spawn code for the FiveM GTA5 Ems Air

• Code: toleair
• Pack: Lore-Friendly Mini Lsmd + Weazel Pack

Install the pack on your server first. Then enter toleair in game and the aircraft appears. Keep the code in your staff notes so the unit is ready when a call comes in. The same text works in a department garage config, which saves your crew a search during a live scene.

The livery in the gallery

The front three-quarter shot shows a white medical livery on a desert road. The rear view carries LSMD lettering, a flag decal and striped rotor blades. It reads as a hospital aircraft rather than a police one, which keeps department roles clear on a shared server.

File stats

• Poly count: 279.349
• .yft file: 10.6 MB
• .ytd file: 2.5 MB
• Tuning parts: 1

This is a heavy model file next to most cars, so check your stream folder budget before you add it. The single tuning part keeps setup short for a server owner. Plan a landing pad at your hospital and the rest is down to your dispatch rules.

In the game world: air support

A medical aircraft changes the shape of a city. Canyon calls and highway scenes stop being a long drive for the ground crew. The white LSMD livery marks it as hospital property rather than law enforcement, and no maker is named on the airframe, which keeps a lore-friendly department fleet tidy.

Who should buy it

Medical departments running patient transfers, rescue calls and mountain scenes get the most from it. Pick it up in the Lore-Friendly Mini Lsmd + Weazel Pack, which pairs it with ground units and press vehicles. That mix suits a server that wants one purchase to cover a whole medical department, including the crews who film the scene.

More in-game makes sit on the lore-friendly vehicle list. For a road ambulance to work alongside it, open the Ems Speedo page. The rest of that fleet, press cars included, is walked through in our EMS and Weazel News vehicles guide.
