BMW M3 Touring G81 2022

Seventy-two tuning parts is a very high count, and it sits on an estate with a roof box. The olive gold body comes debadged, and a single pack carries it.

The model name is tolg81, which is shorter than most. Copy the pack resource into resources, ensure it in server.cfg and restart the server. After that the estate spawns from an admin menu or a dealership entry.

Notes for owners

Copy the resource into resources, ensure it in server.cfg, restart, then spawn it once. Open a mod shop and work through the list, because a long menu is where problems show up.

A roof box also reads as a holiday car, which opens scenes a coupe cannot. Camping trips, moving day and airport runs all suit it. Few vehicle packs include an estate with a roof box, so it fills a gap most car lists never cover.

What the photos show

The front three-quarter shot is in a palm-lined lot, with a carbon splitter under the nose and a cargo box on the roof. The rear three-quarter frame shows the same roof box with red calipers behind the wheels. It looks packed for a trip.

Files and tuning

• Poly count: 290.322
• .yft file: 10.5 MB
• .ytd file: 3.6 MB
• Tuning parts: 72

That part count is the reason to buy this one. Two players can own the same estate and end up with very different cars. The file sizes are ordinary for a modern estate, so the stream cost is fair.

The real BMW M3 Touring

BMW waited decades before giving the M3 an estate body, and the G81 is the result. Sold mainly in Europe from 2022, it wears the saloon face with a long roof behind. Family characters, unmarked units and courier roleplay all suit an M car that hides in traffic. The panels are debadged.

Where to buy it

The estate is part of Unbranded Car Pack E, a pack of 49 vehicles. Tuner shops, family characters and long road trips suit it. The four-door version sits on the BMW M3 G80 2021 page, and the BMW hub lists more.
