1. Who We Are
TTModz produces and sells digital modifications for FiveM and GTA V roleplay servers, including vehicles, clothing packs, ped models, maps and scripts. These Terms govern your access to our store and your use of anything you buy from us.
By placing an order you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, please do not purchase.
2. Digital Products Only
Everything we sell is a digital file delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped physically. Our products are add-on resources intended for use on official FiveM multiplayer servers and require a working FXServer installation to function.
3. Delivery Through CFX Asset Escrow
Most products are delivered through the official CFX Asset Escrow system to the CFX portal account you provide at checkout.
- The portal name you enter on the payment page is sent for licensing automatically.
- Entering an incorrect portal name is your responsibility. Once a license has been issued to the name you supplied, it cannot be moved, reissued or refunded.
- A license is issued once per purchase.
- Because of how escrow works, files licensed through portal.cfx.re cannot be merged with other resources.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in the currency listed on the product page and may change at any time. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details. An order is only complete once payment has cleared.
5. Acceptable Use
You may use our products on servers you own or operate. You may not resell, redistribute, share, leak, sublicense or publish our files, in whole or in part, on any platform. See our License Agreement for the full terms.
6. Third-Party Platform Rules
FiveM, CFX.re, Rockstar Games and any framework you use have their own terms and policies, which may change without notice. You are responsible for how you run your own server and for complying with the rules that apply to it.
Our unbranded and debadged vehicles ship with real-world badges, logos and brand text removed. Every model is shown in detail on its product page and in our preview videos on YouTube . We do not represent or guarantee that any product will be treated as compliant under a third party's current or future policies.
7. Product Scope
You receive exactly what is shown and described on the product page — the photos, videos and specifications there are the definition of the product. Packages ship with ready-made handling files, and no personalised editing, custom handling or bespoke modifications are included.
Our Showcase Server is offered as a convenience so you can try products in game. It may be offline at times for maintenance or technical reasons, and its availability is not part of any product you buy. The product page and its preview video remain the authoritative description at all times.
8. Availability and Changes
We may update, improve or retire products at any time. Updates to a product you already own, where offered, are provided at our discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our products are provided as they are described. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TTModz is not liable for server downtime, data loss, lost revenue, third-party actions or any indirect damage arising from the use of our files. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
10. Account Suspension
We may suspend or close an account and revoke access where we identify redistribution, fraud, chargeback abuse or attempts to circumvent escrow protection.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
