Digital Goods Are Final Sale
Every TTModz product is a digital file. Once a license has been issued to your CFX portal account, or once files have been downloaded or accessed, the sale is final and cannot be refunded, exchanged or cancelled.
By completing a purchase you confirm that you have reviewed the product page, its photos and its preview video, and that you accept this policy.
Check Before You Buy
Every product page carries photos, a preview video and full technical specifications, and every product is also shown in detail on our YouTube channel . Please review both before ordering — together they are the complete description of what you receive.
Our Showcase Server is offered as an extra way to try products in game. It may be offline at times for maintenance or technical reasons, so it is not a condition of any sale; the product page and preview video always apply.
Incorrect Portal Name
The CFX portal name you enter at checkout is used to issue your license automatically. If the name is entered incorrectly, the license is still consumed and cannot be reissued or refunded. Please double-check it before paying.
Defective Products
If a product does not work as described, contact us through Discord with your order number and a clear description of the problem. We will investigate and, where the fault is ours, repair the files or replace the product at no extra cost.
This does not cover problems caused by incorrect installation, incompatible frameworks or scripts, edits made to our files, or an outdated server build.
What Is Not Refundable
- Licenses already issued to a portal account.
- Files that have been downloaded or opened.
- Purchases made by mistake, including duplicate orders of the same product.
- Change of mind, or a product not matching an expectation that the product page did not describe.
- Requests for personalised handling, custom edits or bespoke work, which are not part of any package.
