What We Collect
- Account data: email address, username and password (stored encrypted).
- Order data: products purchased, amount paid, order number, invoice details and purchase date.
- Delivery data: the CFX portal name you provide, used to issue your license.
- Optional data: your Discord ID, if you choose to link it for role access and support.
- Technical data: IP address, browser information and pages visited, used for security and basic analytics.
What We Do Not Collect
We never receive or store your full card number. Card details are handled entirely by our payment providers on their own systems.
Why We Use It
- To process your order and deliver your license.
- To provide support and answer your questions.
- To grant Discord roles connected to your purchases, if you link your account.
- To protect the store against fraud, abuse and chargeback misuse.
- To send order-related email. Marketing email is only sent if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.
Who We Share It With
We share only what is necessary, with providers that help us run the store: payment processors, our hosting and email providers, and CFX.re for license delivery. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
How Long We Keep It
Order and license records are kept for as long as your purchases remain valid and for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then deleted automatically.
Your Rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to stop sending marketing email. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting an account does not remove order records we are legally required to retain.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, to remember the contents of your cart, and to measure basic traffic. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though parts of the store may stop working correctly.
Children
Our store is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
