TTModz respects intellectual property rights and expects the same from our customers. We respond to properly submitted notices of claimed infringement.
About Our Models
Our unbranded and debadged products ship with real-world badges, logos and brand text removed from the models. Every model is documented in detail on its product page and in the preview videos on our YouTube channel , so this can be verified before any purchase. Third-party platform rules in this space change over time and are not always defined precisely, so we make no representation that any product is or will be treated as compliant under a given platform's current policies. Server owners remain responsible for what they run.
Submitting a Notice
If you believe material offered here infringes your rights, send us a notice at tt1.modz@gmail.com containing:
- Identification of the work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL of the product or material concerned.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What Happens Next
We review every complete notice and, where a claim appears valid, we remove or disable access to the material concerned and notify the affected party. Incomplete notices may be returned for clarification.
Counter-Notice
If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification.
Repeat Infringers
Accounts responsible for repeated infringement, including redistribution or leaking of our products, are closed permanently.
