Talk to Us First
If anything is wrong with your order, open a ticket on Discord before contacting your bank or payment provider. Almost every problem — a delayed license, a broken file, a delivery question — is resolved the same day once we know about it.
Why Chargebacks Are Different Here
Our products are digital and are licensed to your CFX portal account the moment payment clears. Once a license has been issued it cannot be returned or reclaimed, so a chargeback removes the payment while the product stays with you.
What Happens After a Chargeback
- The license and any escrow access connected to the order are revoked.
- Discord roles granted by the purchase are removed.
- The account is blocked from placing further orders.
- We supply the payment provider with the order record, delivery log, license issue confirmation and the accepted policy terms as evidence.
Unauthorised Payments
If you believe your payment method was used without your permission, contact us immediately. We will freeze the order, investigate and cooperate fully — this is far faster than a formal dispute.
Resolving a Dispute
If a chargeback has already been filed and you would like to settle it directly, withdraw the dispute with your bank and contact us. Once the funds are released we can restore your access.
