Can I transfer it to another Cfx.re account?

Once, ever. Portal allows a single irreversible transfer — we can't undo it.

My developer bought your pack while working for me — who owns it?

Accepted Answer

The Cfx.re account entered at checkout. If your developer leaves, the license leaves with their account — for community-owned assets, always buy under the community's own account.

What happens to my assets if my Cfx.re account gets banned?

Accepted Answer

Grants are tied to the account, so a banned account loses access to its keys. We can't move grants for banned accounts — Portal one-time transfer must be done while the account is in good standing.

Do prices include VAT / can I get an invoice?

Prices are shown in USD; your payment receipt comes from Stripe/PayPal and serves as your invoice.

Digital files are non-refundable once downloaded — but if a product is broken or not delivered, contact us on Discord and we'll make it right.

How do I claim my customer Discord role?

This happens automatically after the purchase to the Discord ID you provided on the payment page—our bot will send it to you; if you don't see it, please open a support ticket and include your order number.

Can I gift a pack to a friend or buy it for my developer?

Yes — enter their Cfx.re portal name at checkout. Whoever's account receives the grant owns the license.

Can I merge escrow packs into one resource?

No. Entrusted resources must remain as they were delivered—treat each package as a separate resource. (The trust system does not allow merging.)

Addon or replace?

All our vehicles are addon — own spawn names, nothing overwrites GTA's stock cars.

Will I get texture loss / "yellow city"?

Vehicles : our texture dictionaries stay under the 16MB limit that causes it.

What can I still edit on an escrow product?

handling.meta, carcols and all textures (YTD is never encrypted). Only the 3d model files are locked.
